This is one of my most favorite Marian images/devotions and I myself have experienced miracles from Our Lord through the intercession of Our Lady in this miraculous image of Hers. And not to mention, a very loving and consoling feeling every time I’m praying in front of the image (most especially when I’m in front of Her inside Her retablo)..
..and just now, I again remembered how the Virgen de la Asuncion helped me during my difficult times in the past, and all those times wherein I would pray inside Her retablo, then suddenly, tears sprang in my eyes.. aww.. Ave Maria!
Feastdays: August 15 and last Sunday of January (feastday in commemoration of the miracles connected with the miraculous image.)
